$100,000 Month – An Alumni Success Story

Posted on June 28, 2006. Filed under: Coaching Alumni, Sucess Stories!, Uncategorized |

We really wanted to email you this month and let you know we just had our first ever $100,000+ GCI month for may.  However, only $52,000 of it funded in May as the rest of the $90,000+ got pushed into early June. (If I knew how to put one of those smiley face imodicons here, I would)

It has almost been two years since we attended your presentation.  We just finished a listing, sale of a new home and mortgage on a client that has been getting the Dave Beeson 7 year letter plan.  We launched it on them 18 months ago.

Just 20 minutes ago, I got a call from a guy who I could not remember if my life depended on it.  He was the buyer of a property I sold 2 years ago.  He has been receiving the Dave Beeson 7 year letter plans from us ever since.  He could not remember who his prior agent was.  He would like to refi his adjustable mortgage.  All these different systems just flat out work.  It is a lot of fun when people are calling me instead of the other way around.  I also have received 4 calls from past clients today, responding to marketing pieces and inquiring about buying and selling real estate.

Last year a competing agent listed 4 homes all around my house.  It drove me crazy.  Last week I listed 4 homes and 2 building lots in my neighborhood and the other agents sign is nowhere to be seen.  It takes time to build momentum and get the referrals cranked up.  However, using Agent Office, Dave Beeson, Real Pro Systems, Obeo, wraped vehicles, etc., all ideas we got from Pinnacle Quest has really put us in the front of mind of my neighbors, past clients and SOI.

We are very grateful for all that you imparted to us.
